1. Our service
EasyWebUK provides a professional website, hosting, business email, SSL certificate, basic SEO and support for a fee of £150 per year, plus any optional add-ons you choose. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. No contracts
There is no minimum contract term. Your plan runs on a rolling yearly basis and you may cancel at any time. There are no setup fees.
3. Payment and renewal
The annual fee of £150 covers the services described on our Pricing page. Unless cancelled, your plan will automatically renew each year at the then-current price. Optional add-ons are billed as described at the time of purchase, either as a one-time payment or annually.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your plan at any time by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, after which your website and associated services will be taken offline.
5. Domain names
Where you provide your own domain name, you remain responsible for that domain's registration and renewal unless otherwise agreed with us in writing.
6. Content and acceptable use
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content displayed on your website. We reserve the right to suspend a website that we reasonably believe breaches UK law or is being used for unlawful, harmful or abusive purposes.
7. Availability
We aim to keep websites and email services available at all times, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to factors such as maintenance or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. Limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from use of our services is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
